Dock Bumper FAQS

Our bumpers are the highest quality bumpers on the market. They are weighted and balanced (unless you choose an unweighted or Mini bumper). 

Our bumpers are made with brand new high quality firehose made in the USA.

When ordering the bumper you can put notes regarding colors, names, sizes in the "Order Special Instructions". You can find this by tapping the "View Cart" button. Then you will find the "Order Special Instructions" above the gray "Checkout" button. If you cannot find it, you can simply respond to the Order Confirmation email that you will get after ordering with all of your instructions or email bulletproofpetproducts@gmail.com.

Artwork may look slightly different on the bumper because our tapestry is firehose and not canvas or paper. Colors can also slightly differ.

Dock bumper current wait time is listed on our banner on top of the website.

We will text you with a proof for approval before we make the bumper. If it takes time to get approval, this may add time to the current wait time. We will provide up to 3 proofs included in the price of the bumper. If a bumper is cancelled after artwork is done, there may be a charge of up to $50.00 deducted from the purchase price.

Every bumper comes with our logo centered on the back and the bumper size to the right of our logo. These markings are set and cannot be removed. You will see them on your proof.

Our bumpers do not have a chew or wear guarantee. However, they are the highest quality.

They are made to order by our small business and not mass produced. Making a high quality bumper takes time. We know that you will love our bumpers.
